👋About the Author

Hey there! My name is Carina, the founder and RTT practitioner of Emerged Butterfly. 

Way back in secondary education, I was a hardworking C/D grader who always felt I wouldn't amount to anything in life. And this made me feel.. awful. In University, the hard work paid off and I became the "well known" A student. I thought I'd be happy, but no I felt even more miserable.

Lesson learnt: whatever grades you have, however much income you earn, if you don't feel good enough, you'll continue to pick on yourself ✨

I created this workbook with the intention to shorten the journey you take from self loathing to self-compassion. 💓 I can't wait to be your guide for this journey towards finally feeling good enough!
