Hi! I’m Carina

A Rapid Transformational Therapy (RTT) Practitioner, entrepreneur, and a motivated cheerleader dedicated to helping you live true to the life you deserve.

My journey started when I was a university student.

I was in the school counsellor’s office crying my eyes out every session I attended before I even had the chance to speak about what was bothering me. I battled with feelings of “not good enough” and struggled with symptoms of depression after having a number of failed friendships and multiple disappointments for not meeting the expectations of others.

Encouraged by my then counsellor, I opened up to accepting help and learning to be ok with feeling my emotions as I was suppressing them far too long – do you relate to putting on a strong front, not being “weak” and feeling proud to not have shed a single tear since childhood?  I was there.

Not long after graduation, I decided to take ownership of my mental health and educated myself by digging deep into books and tuning in to podcasts and Youtube channels on personal development, self-help, and psychotherapy.

I wanted to do something more than just work in a 9-5 job, I want a job that has time freedom, and which I feel good working in - I don’t just want a job to pay the bills, I’m tired of living like a zombie doing what the society deems is the best fit for me, comparing my achievements to others on a scale that is measured by others.

My friends expressed the same concern of feeling insignificant and underappreciated at the workplace, always feeling burnt out and needing to do more, be more to justify their position or to make sure they make it to the next promotion. They feel miserable having to go to work putting a strong front when internally they feel torn apart, tired and helpless.

Introduced to Marisa Peer, founder of Rapid Transformational Therapy (RTT) through various sources, I decided to register as her student to learn the RTT method.

As her student I had the benefit of experiencing RTT first hand – and it blew 👏 me 👏 away 👏. I showed up differently, I extended kindness and grace to myself. I stopped allowing negative criticisms from the outside in. I honoured the struggles in my life and started to feel good being me – without needing to put on a façade.

It was at that moment I became convinced that if RTT can help me - someone who felt like a nobody, that I can use this learned skill to help many others who struggle with self-doubt and negative self-talk. Having less than 5 RTT sessions changed my outlook on various aspects of life, I didn’t need to see a therapist repeatedly month after month. I was confident that I’m healed and can be independent in continuing my healing journey without frequent meltdowns. I felt liberated.

On this journey as a certified RTT practitioner and a strong believer of self-healing, I’ve helped empathic individuals across the world with feeling confident, being the right match for a healthy relationship and embodying a positive self-image.

The clients I work with - most had their issues resolved in under 3 sessions - showed the same result. They felt positively different about themselves, they showed up much more confidently and had their families report them to be a totally different person - matured, confident and self-encouraging.

As with any therapy practice, your results from RTT may vary from other consumers. Your results will be based on many variables, such as the depth of the issue, your commitment to the process and other factors. Therefore results may vary and will not be the same for everyone.
