Did you know there's certain energetics at play for each day of the week? Ever wonder how "Monday Blues" became a thing?
Our bodies and minds naturally tune into these rhythms. Mondays actually carry a restful energy—they're meant for tending to the emotions within you.
But… society tells us Monday is go-time, the day to hit the ground running so we don't fall behind.😫
When society's rules go against our natural rhythms, we end up constantly feeling like we're falling behind. 🏃➡️ When we're pressured to be productive on a day that's meant for rest, of course we feel worried, anxious, or unprepared for the week ahead.
