The powerful statement to feel better instantly

feel better

How often do you go through the day feeling drained, uninspired and zapped of your energy? Do you end the day feeling completely exhausted, irritable or just numbed?

It is both human’s nature and desire to want to feel good.

In this blog post you’ll learn the *one statement* to build momentum and be familiar with good-feeling thoughts and emotions so you can keep the good that is happening and have more of them entering your life.

Feeling good is an emotional state by which we are more receptive to changes and more aware of what's going right in our environment. Feeling joy and happiness helps us feel, look and be more vibrant and this can cause ripple effects. By being a positive beam of light, we are able to influence family, friends and even strangers to look towards a better side of life, focus upon it and attract more happiness into their lives.

Here’s the simple and powerful statement:

Thank you ... for ...

Other alternatives include:

Thank you ... because ...

I am grateful towards ... because ...

It’s wonderful to ... because ...

I love the fact that ... because ...

Some examples for you:

Thank you for the opportunity to work with Gabriel because he is so efficient at what he does and he always delivers on time.

Thank you for the smooth traffic because I get to reach my office early and safely.

Thank you for the patience I have when lining up for a meal, it makes me appreciative of food delivery service providers.

I am grateful towards the bus captain who waited for me because I didn’t have to run after it or risk falling.

It’s wonderful to work from home because I get to learn more about my family, and we had more contact during the stay home period.

I love the fact that I have the resources I need to develop my skills in the industry I work in.

To get the most out of this practice, it is ideal for you to be as specific as possible. Include the names of the people you wish to thank, really replay the situation in your head and re experience the feeling you felt in that situation.

Visualizing all the efforts and individuals involved for each material item you have can be a very good practice to start the ball rolling too. I often look at an object and think of its journey from the production to the transportation to when it eventually reaches me, all the people and places it has been through to finally reach my hands, and it helps me feel immensely grateful for all that I have.

Do it today and you’ll prove to yourself that there is more good in this world than we can imagine.

If you’re going through a rough patch, always look out for the bright spot at the end of the tunnel and keep going. All gems are made from pressure, likewise you're a precious gemstone in the making.

What are you grateful for today? We invite you to share your gratitude list with the community and may more good come your way :)

Cheerio,
Carina
