How is RTT different from other therapies?
It is an online therapy which offers a comprehensive range of transformational tools to help you feel good and reach your potential.
Unlike other forms of mental health services, RTT as its name suggests is rapid, usually requiring between 1-3 sessions. It is also transformative as a change in your inner beliefs will create ripple effects and impact other dimensions of your life.
There are no long lists of assessments and questionnaires involved. We however require the completion of an intake form to have a clear idea on the presenting issue and the desired outcome from clients.
RTT explores the root cause of presenting issues, frees clients from pains of the past and empowers them to pursue the desired life they always dreamed for.
Services offered through RTT are not intended to diagnose, treat, or cure diseases or illness.
How long does it take?
A session typically runs between 1.5 to 2 hours. It is best to rest well before the session and keep some time for yourself after the session to process what has surfaced during the session and to not feel rushed.
How is the session conducted?
Sessions are conducted online via Zoom.
What will I get out of the sessions?
See the true underlying factors sabotaging your success. Often what we think is the issue is not the actual issue, but the surface level. We are going to the roots.
What are my commitments?
Show up for the session and be committed to playing your personalized transformation recording for a minimum of one month.
Best results were seen from clients who play their recording 2-3 times a day for a month.
Will this work if I’m outside of Singapore?
Yes! We will arrange for a suitable time with the help of a time converter for individuals living in a different time zone.
Is RTT backed by science?
Hypnosis is not magic, it is science. It works by creating a burst of brain waves that are the same as when you’re in Rapid Eye Movement (REM), similar to a state you are in when dreaming. That’s what allows you to access the subconscious mind. It’s very easy and anyone can do it, you’ll see for yourself when you do it too!

What if I think I already know the reasons behind my issue?
What makes RTT amazing is that even if you think you know the reason, you see it in a completely new way. That’s what allows you to change the meaning and ultimately, change your beliefs. And for many clients they go back to scenes that are totally different than what they expected. Just relax and trust that your subconscious mind will show you exactly what you need to see.
When will I start to see changes?
There are 3 types of change from Rapid Transformational Therapy - every individual is different:
Immediate: You feel a massive shift right away - immediate changes in your physiology, thoughts and behavior right in the session.
Incremental: You see consistent shifts every day, or over time.
Retroactive: You don’t see the shifts right away and then one day you suddenly look back and see all of the things that are different in your life.
How can RTT impact my health and life long habits?
RTT offers a wide range of transformational techniques, including Command Cell Therapy, to reignite the body’s ability to improve the messages being sent to the mind and restore itself from a cellular level.
Through RTT you are able to access the subconscious mind to remove blockages and create new neural pathways. By identifying the root cause to issues, you can replace old limiting thinking patterns and behaviors with new empowering beliefs.
How do I know if I am doing it correctly?
Don’t worry about how deep you go. It's really not important. The depth of trance is not linked to results at all. Just allow yourself to be present and receptive. All you have to do is trust yourself and trust the process. All you really need to do is relax and you are guided through the session.
What if I don’t go into scenes?
Not everyone sees scenes and this is totally normal. Some clients are able to see vivid scenes with clear pictures of the people involved and what is going on, some clients are able to identify key parts of the scenes. There are also clients who do not see scenes and tap into the feeling they are feeling. All of these work.
What if I go back to scenes that are painful or scary?
If you go back to scenes from your life that are related to things like abuse or trauma, it’s important to remember that you are not reliving that scene, you are simply reviewing it and that you are safe. I will support you and create a safe space for you to express your emotions and heal, you’ll be ok.
Is it safe to do RTT?
Yes, it is totally safe. You have complete control the whole time. You can talk, move your body, get a tissue, even get up and leave (I’ve had clients who had to answer a doorbell before and easily get back into trance state again).
And if you are thinking will I have “power” over you during the session, get your banking details or rob you, no I won’t. You are aware of everything that is happening in the session.
Can you promise confidentiality?
Yes, your privacy is my top priority. However I may discuss aspects of your case with other colleagues to provide you the best support while keeping your full name and identity completely confidential always unless you have given permission. For any collection of feedback and testimonials, your name will be replaced with a made up name unless you have allowed the use of your name to be reflected on this website.
How do I know which package is suitable for me?
Individuals booking a session for a specific issue such as confidence/ exam preparedness/ memory retention usually require just one session. Individuals with various presenting issues or with more complex issues such as depression, anxiety may require up to three sessions.

What if I purchased one session and realize I need another?
You can upgrade your package plan during the session to a three session package or you can purchase another single session package after completing your first session.
Do I have to finish all three sessions at once?
No, it is not necessary to finish all three sessions. You can claim the sessions at the pace you are comfortable with.
What if I don’t need three sessions but paid for it?
You can gift it to a loved one, a family member or friend who you care for.
Can I share the package with a family member/ friend?
Yes, you can! Sharing is caring.
