you’re NOT behind, you’re right on time!

Ever wonder why you still get triggered and find your patience thinning even after religiously following through your morning + night self-care practices when one person said something offensive… again?

We all have those days when you try your best, tolerate and put on a strong front till one statement someone makes about all your effort ends up being the straw that breaks the camel’s back (aka your limits).

Before storming into an argument or lashing out at a loved one for all the pent up frustration accumulated throughout the day, I’ve found that taking:

  1. a pause

  2. three deep breaths

to actually be helpful in grounding and detaching myself from any potential conflicts.

As we approach the new year, many will feel irritable because they feel like they’re only just catching up with the end of 2025. If you feel like you’re part of this community – catching up with 2025 – you’re not alone. The good news? The actual new year happens on 17th February in 2026 (following the lunar cycles), so you’ve still got time to organize your life and plan ahead for 2026.

If the people around you have been angry/ losing their composure, what’s going to be really helpful for you is to organize your life, and pay attention to your own needs + routines.

Your ability to stay calm and clear-headed when the world seems to be spinning at x2 speed is much needed and appreciated now.

You need to be the one to stay composed, to speak and act from a higher perspective because you are leveling up. It sounds unfair that you are doing the harder work, but if you’re receiving this email, I know you are committed to personal growth and I applaud you for your daily efforts.

You can be the role model for others by staying in the present moment (a gift many lose sight of as they go through the motions of life).

Hope this message finds you well, I’m sending positive vibes your way. Talk to you again in 2026!
